Service Description

The Adult Class is open to all students 13 and up regardless of rank. The new students will be learning the white belt curriculum and continuing through the higher ranks. Our more advanced teens and adults will be preparing for higher-ranked belt exams. All students will be provided with a strong physical foundation while also achieving mental and emotional strength. No matter how experienced you are, there’s always more room to perfect your form and master the art of self defense. This class will help you grasp the techniques from a deeper, more disciplined perspective.
